Partnering with our communities has always been an integral part of our mission and values. Now we’re partnering with parents.
Beginning in March, MedClinic will be offering parenting education classes at our Laguna and Roseville medical offices. Each two-hour class will begin with an introduction from one of our Pediatricians, followed by a presentation and discussion with credentialed parent educator, Diane J. Wilson, M.Div.
The first two classes scheduled are:
Getting Your Child to Cooperate, for school-aged children, ages 6-10
This class includes information on becoming the positive parent you want to be, focusing on ways to create a harmonious family atmosphere, rather than a harried one.
Sibling Rivalry, Personality and Birth Order
This class is a how-to, as in how to avoid this difficult, unnecessary parent-child game. Learn about birth order, temperament and how children learn.
